Dear Sirs:

I was intrigued by the note in my 365 Ways To Cook Chinese that you welcome recommendations for future titles. I would not have thought it was so hard. In fact, quite a number of suggestions came to mind immediately.

I enclose 100 sure-fire titles. I know you cannot do them all right away, and will probably spread them out over five years or so. I have ordered a bookcase big enough to hold about the first ten of my free copies. It is of a modular design so I can order another section when you start publishing the "second decade."

By the way, if you have any trouble finding authors for any of these titles, I may be able to write one or two myself. '365 Poultices And Salves' might be a good place for me to begin.
